Open trip: USD 430 to 680 per person for the 3D2N, depending on the cabin. Private charter in 2026: from USD 5,200 for a day trip and USD 5,900 for 2D1N, up to USD 12,450 for 7D6N with one to twelve guests. Park fees are additional.

Manta Point sits on day two of the 3D2N at 14:30. Mantas are resident at Karang Makassar and recorded through the year, but they are wild animals and no operator can promise a sighting on a given afternoon.

It is a stepped, partly loose climb done at 06:00 before the heat. Manageable at a slow pace with pauses, and entirely optional — the boat stays anchored for anyone who prefers the view from the deck.

Fly into Komodo Airport (LBJ), with connections from Bali and Jakarta. Arrive the day before or early on the morning of departure, and book your return flight from mid-afternoon on the final day.
